Description

If you have ever been to Telluride, Colorado you quickly realize this is one of the most amazing places on the planet. It is only fitting for Borealis to name our newest Fatbike after Telluride which is truly one of our most amazing bikes so far! Designed with adventure in mind it features lightweight, 6000-series aluminum, rack mounts, 27.5” alloy wheels and an extended 120mm Manitou suspension fork for your downhill enjoyment! As with all of our exceptional bikes standard issue is a carbon bar, carbon post and a carbon fork when selecting the rigid option. Wait, there’s more! Bottom bracket spacing is 83mm and comes standard with the RaceFace Next R Carbon Crank thus reducing the Q factor down significantly from our standard 100mm BB’s. SRAM Eagle 12 speed components simply round out perfection! Now the best part for last: The Telluride will accommodate up to a 4.5” rear tire! Nothing else on the market offers all of this with the exquisite quality which has defined Borealis since 2013.

Highlights:

- The Telluride is built on an alloy frame that draws on all our experience in making fat bikes at a much lower price

- 3 different color strips available: Teal, White or Merlot

- comes standard with a carbon crankset and an 83mm bottom bracket

- All aluminum frame with careful attention to finish details

- Borealis unique geometry for the best ride experience

- Reduced stand over height and Q Factor

GEOMETRY & SIZING

Begin by taking a rough size approximation on the chart below that is based on height, then select the corresponding bike with your fit needs by using the geometry chart further below. We recommend a similar fit to you mountain bike, so grab a measuring tape and dial it in.

RIDER HEIGHT RECOMMENDATIONS

Based on our research, riders at the heights below will usually take the corresponding frame size. If you’re at a transitional height that spans two sizes, look at the geometry chart to get the Stack and Reach you like based on other bikes you are comfortable on.

GEOMETRY CHART

Stack and Reach are the fundamental fit elements, they are both measured relative to the bottom bracket. When choosing the Borealis that is right for you, it’s important to find a balance in these measurements to ensure the best performance.

All sales are final, no returns. All frames are covered by a 5 year warranty and crash replacement program.
